Simple Good Gifts Shipping and Returns Policy


So you're thinking of purchasing, or have already purchased from Simple Good? AWESOME, thank you!! 👏😊

There are no shipping charges on purchases when you spend at least $49 on merchandise (spend does not include taxes). 

If your purchase is less than $49, then your shipping rates will be displayed during checkout.

We ship using USPS (The US Postal Service).  The Post Office does NOT deliver to PO Boxes, so please do not provide an address that includes a PO Box as we cannot mail packages to a PO Box.

At checkout, the USPS will offer the following options (shipping rates will vary): 

Free shipping items ship STANDARD.  You should receive your package within 5-7 business days, depending on where you live.


We will make it right. In the case you do not love what you ordered, we'll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a quick refund. You have up to 45 days to return items purchased at Simple Good.

3 Simple Steps to Return:

1. Get your invoice 

If you do not have your packing slip, no problem. If you set up a user account, you can log in to view and print past invoices under your Order History. Or, you can print your invoice using the invoice you received via email when you originally purchased the item.

2. Prep your package 

Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your invoice.

Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.

3. Ship it 

When your package is ready, give it to your mail deliverer or drop it off at your nearest post office.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
