SHIPPING
There are no shipping charges on purchases when you spend at least $75 on merchandise (spend does not include taxes).
We ship plastic-free! Our boxes are made with 100% post consumer recycled cardboard. We package with recycled paper and cornstarch peanuts that melt in water! Although our packaging may not be the prettiest, each package is sent with love and care. Please pass on the love by reusing, donating or recycling these materials.
We will fulfill and ship your order within 24 hours. Unfortunately we cannot mail packages to a PO Box at this time. Please provide an alternate street address if you have a PO Box.
If you are local, take advantage of free curbside pick up by selecting IN STORE PICK UP at checkout. You will receive notification via email when your package is ready.
We ship ALL PACKAGES using Sendle to ensure carbon neutral delivery.
You can feel confident knowing that when you purchase from us, your package is insured. If for some reason your package does not arrive, you can fill out a request with USPS to track your package and if it cannot be located, you will be reimbursed for the value of the items up to $100.
You may also choose Priority Mail Express at your own expense for even faster shipping timeframes.
STORE CREDIT POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED IN SHOP
ALL PURCHASES AS OF 8/1/2024 ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY IF EXCHANGED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE. STORE CREDIT WILL BE PROVIDED VIA GIFT CARD.
ALL SELF CARE (SOAPS, DEODORANTS, PURFUMES, ETC) ARE NOT ELIBLE FOR RETURNS, STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGES.
ANY DISCOUNTED OR SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

If you have your receipt and/or order number, you have 30 days from the time of purchase to return or exchange unworn, unused and tagged merchandise*
*excludes all self care products, clearance and final sale. For sanitary reasons and to comply with COVID 19 prevention best practices, *all self-care items (including soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, deodorants, make-up, perfume, etc.) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
This incudes unopened items.
3 Simple Steps to Return:
1. Print out your order confirmation email
If you do not have your order confirmation email, no problem. You can email us at support@simplegoodgifts.com and we can resend it to you.
2. Prep your package
Pack your unopened items securely, in the original package if possible, and include the print out of your order confirmation email.
3. Ship it
When your package is ready, bring it to the post office so they can help you ship the package back to us. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE ORDERS
If you have your receipt and/or order number, you have 30 days from the time of purchase to exchange unworn, unused and tagged merchandise*. We will be happy to assist you with a merchandise exchange if the items are eligible for exchange*.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping a package valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
