We ship your package plastic free, within 24 hours. If you're on the East Coast you should receive your package within 3-4 days. West Coast residents should receive packages within 5-6 business days. Mid-west will be somewhere in the middle of East and West coast timeframes : ). Yes! We make every effort to ship your order with as little negative impact to the planet as possible. This means carbon neutral shipping, in recyclable boxes made from recycled materials. No styrofoam, no bubble wrap and no fake compostable mailers.

We partner with Sendle for all our shipping needs. Sendle calculates the highest amount of carbon that could be generated by any given package sent. This generates a carbon yield number. Using that number as a guide, they use a portion of each package cost to fund sustainability projects via South Pole. This partnership enables us to support genuinely world-changing initiatives aimed at preserving and regenerating natural ecosystems, whether it’s restoring endangered rainforest habitats or providing clean water access for communities in Africa. By doing so, we ensure that all Sendle deliveries have a net carbon footprint of zero. Actually zero!

Our warehouse is on Long Island, NY - minutes from our shop. You'll find us packing boxes and drinking coffee at all hours of the day!
